  • Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
    Yes we can. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, but USPS. does.
  • How soon after I order does my order ship out?
    For most orders received by 12pm EST, your order will ship out the same day or, if not possible that day, the following business day. If for any reason it will take longer, we will contact you.
  • Why didn't I receive a tracking number?
    Our system is not setup to automatically send tracking since we used multiple national and international shipping companies. Therefore, we track everything internally. If you would like to know the status of delivery, please email us and we will update you on the status of delivery. We are on top of EVERY order.
  • I forgot my password.
    Submit a request to reset your password by clicking on the Forgot Password tab.
  • I need to change my email and/or password.
    You can change your e-mail address or password by logging into My Account.
  • I need to change my shipping address.
    You can edit your shipping address book by logging into My Account. In addition, during the checkout process, you will have the option to add, delete, or edit your shipping addresses.
  • Can I cancel or change an order?
    You can cancel or change your order if it has not been already shipped.
  • How do I get help if I am a new customer?
    If you are a new customer getting assistance is no problem. If you need help placing your order, just email us your contact information at FirstChoiceEquine@proton.me and a customer service representative will get back to you right away.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
